how can i be in arrears if absa collects by debit

exactly as the headline, how can i be in arrears if absa collects by debit order,<br> hows this ,so i app**** for a homeloan and get told that because my absa vehicle finance is in arrears im not succesfull, i then called the call center after i learned this, apparantley i have been in arrears since a whole year.<br> but how !!!!!! its amazing the friendly consultant tried to assist but escalated the matter and said i would get a call about this few days gone by and i am forgotten about. is this service you offer, then you can forget about me switching !!!!! i just want ed to air my views - dont really care if absa calls back or not you have made your impression...
