How can Absa cancel my overdraft without my consent

I got a call from absa asking if I can start making payments towards the capital amount for my overdraft. I explained to the consultant that I can't afford such at the moment due to Covid 19 since am self employed.

I have never defaulted in my monthly interest payments and now I got an sms stating that my overdraft will be cancelled and my account will be frozen.

I truly don't understand how this is possible. I find this really disappointing and would appreciate if someone can contact me within the 10days given to resolve the issue
