How absa ruined my credit score

I paid up my credit card over 2 months ago, but Absa has repeatedly failed to send my paid up letter and update my ITC. I contacted their credit card department who said their not responsible for ITC updates and sent me to their dept review department even though I'm not under dept review. The dept review department also said their not responsible. Their fast to ruin people's credit scores and don't take responsibility when it is time to fix it
