House which belongs dragging it's in the mud

Despite various campaigns going around about water shortages in Cape Town Western Cape, a house owned by ABSA in Khaylitsha, Ikwezi Park (02 Morning Star Drive) continues to ignore or rather disrespect these costly campaigns and other residents who pay for water biils. Since as early as January 2017 (or before) as far I can remember, the house has running water coming from a leaking Geyser and unfortunately no one cares about that and it hurts to see that on daily basis when you know for sure that you are billed by the municipality, you have to pay that every month and failure to do so would result to municipality cutting water supply for your house but there are these people who do as they please or could it perhaps be because they house is owned by the big banks like ABSA?

The people living have no respect for the fellow residents, in addition to wasting and not paying water bills they sell alcohol play music and make noise the whole night. Given the high unemployment rate facing today's South African youth which in some extent contributes to whole sorts of socioeconomic issues such crime among others. One would hope that sending a child to school will definitely lower high unemployment rate facing our country. But would those learners study if they are adults living in a house owned by a respectable bank like ABSA shut their future like that?

I really wish ABSA can do something about this because the house belongs to them.
