House geyser leaking

Good Day. I have logged a call with Absa HOC Claims since 20 Jul 2022, regarding a leaking geyser to date they are taking me from pillar to post the wall of my house is completely damaged to the verge of falling. I was told that a consultant by the name of Joseph Chokoe,Claims Consultant E. ***ca will contact me to date he never bothered by my request of make follow up. On 22 December contractors came and play look and see game in my house since they left nobody cares. Always am told the problem is under guarantee. I really dont know what to do anymore. Thank you
