House bond

Good day, We have a home bond with ABSA, we are however on debt review and we have been battling with ABSA to correct our account monies firstly paid from debt review to the bank account was never allocated, we received many threats they are going to reposes our home due to no payments, debt review sent us all payments made to them, ABSA then said the house bond was not on the debt review on their side but many times the proof of the court order was sent to them, finally they allocated the payments but now the interest rates are not what was indicated on the court order, now every payment made monthly is just a few rands more than the interest rate, we have gone to the bank to see if we can sort this from our side but we are being directed to the phones provided in the bank to speak to a person over the phone and we have tried, either the person on the other side is not understanding, we don't understand or hear the person on the other side, we want to speak to someone face to face, the last response received from debt review was they are directing the matter to their management in financial to assist, its been more than a year later and still nothing, I called debt busters 3 weeks ago and they said the query is closed I will need to call for a new query, I did and was told they will get back to us, still nothing, we would like to sell the house and we are unable to do so if they account is a mess and interest rates are just eating at the payments we make each month so we started with debt busters over 4 years ago with the bond standing at owing R 200 000.00 we are now at R 266 00.00 and going up by each month not reducing due to interest rates not being inducted as per court order, hope help can come from this side we are all so tired of trying to sort this account with ABSA.
