Hours of my life I'll never get back
This is honestly the most rediculous customer service platform that I have ever been exposed to. Being placed from one incorrect cue to another, then being told that there is 1 computer that can assist and that that system is slow. Fix your life please. Be more innovative with customers. The experience is honestly painful
