Horrific service

I have been a client of ABSA for more than 20 years and have my home and vehicle with ABSA, I am a private client and on the private division the service has been excellent. At the beginning of Aug I opened a business account and have dealt with Ntombikayise , Sasha and Zolani, I have explained my struggle and to date no assistance. How does one choose ABSA if it’s this hard to get set up and business banking don’t get back to clients. At this point I’m considering going with another bank cause ABSA business banking clearly has no respect for anyone’s time nor do they see the urgency.
