Horrific Absa vehicle finance experience

Absa bank is the worst bank in the country. After settling my vehicle finance on time, Absa debited my account with the installment amount , when I requested them to refund my account they charged me a R900 interest citing that it's interest charged because the settlement amount was paid late. But I have proof that the amount was settled on the date mention on their settlement qoute. Their call center agents are the most *********** agents I have ever come across. They kept on taking me from pillar to post every time I logged a call. I have previously dealt with West Bank and Nedbank before and never had any issues with their services, Absa is the worst bank ever.
