Horrific ABSA service

As a loyal client of 25 years, the horrific, unprofessional and blatant lack of empathy has resulted in me moving all of my accounts to another financial institution. During the years I had various accounts with ABSA including paid up vehicles.

Still 1 division does not know what the other is doing nor taking the time to review the clients needs.

I recently app**** for a home bond with ABSA and the experience was truly unpleasant and disappointing. The bond was granted, then withdrawn, then granted again and once again withdrawn.

This has had an extremely negative effect on my family and not even to mentation the cost that I already occurred.

I would never recommend ABSA as your financial institution or so called partner to anyone. I have in fact recommended all my family and friends to move their accounts from this dreadful institution.
