ABSA bank closed my account which was still active with debit orders, overdraft and a home loan, everything was always paid in time, But they decided to close my account without any reason with my money in my account. Noone gave me a reason instead im told my profile does not fit with their internal policy. why did they open the account for me in the first place if that is the case if "my profile" is not appealing to them ? Why keep my account for almost 15 years? The inconvience caused by this is unmeasurable. app terminated i cannot even access my home loan account anymore.
