Horrible treatment at absa

The assistance i received at Absa is disgusting after banking with them for so many years, i visited a branch in southernwood in east london to open a late estate account since i am banking with them, i was assisted by a consulted with the name Sesethu... she told me to bring in all the documents that were needed which included; 'my identity document, my late husband's identity document, marriage certificate, death certificate, letter of authority and proof of residence'... i told them i misplaced my husband's ID, they advised me to go to home affairs, and ask for he's birth certificate.. and also to the police station for an affidavit that states that i lost my husband's ID... I went back this morning to Absa with all the required documents to open a late estate account, the consultant at Southernwood reffered me to the Oxford branch to get assistance, because she was fully booked for the entire week, I then went to the Oxford branch, i was assisted by a gentleman (i forgot he's name), he told me to go to home affairs to get my late husband's ID because he cannot assist me without my husband's ID.. I explained to him that I was advised by one of their consultant to go and request for my husband's birth certificate in order for me to get assistant, he refused to assist me and still insisted i should bring in my husband's ID... please help me on this matter
