Horrible service TAT Is insane

I have been getting nothing but horrible service from Absa lately Today I went to Steers as I have a voucher which is expiring tomorrow I wanted to buy my son a meal which kept saying invalid Token. I called and spoke to someone who said I must email which I didn't understand my voucher is expiring tomorrow.

According to the manager at steers Northgate apparently I was the 3rd person who experienced such error.

If you cannot resolve this please cancel the reward thing and will also settle and close my credit card.
