Horrible service. Impossible to get hold of them.

Nearly impossible to get someone to help me.

I need to have a phone number removed from my account urgently (Which I have done in the past but the system is still picking it up!) I get moved from one call center to another with no one able to help me.

I would like to cancel my overdraft and remove a phone number. Why is absa making it so difficult?
