Horrible service from Absa vehicle finance team

Absa vehicle finance team is the worst department to make payment arrangements with them. I made payment arrangements R7000 for March 2026 and was promised a call once I honor the arrangement but never did got a call and I have been emailing the department to call me but no one has called to date. Now the is a R9000 arrangement made for April without my knowledge and I have to honor it. Pathetic service from Absa vehicle finance team. Now nobody wants to help me and telling me they cannot override the system. I am not ********, I am taxpayer trying to put his arrears up to date but it's difficult with the department which no 1 takes responsibility.
