C-***3 URGENT ATTENTION - Gonste Ngoebe

I would like to express my disappointment with Absa Card Authorisations, i made a purchase of R890.00 on the 10th of March 2026 and the card machine at the place informed me that the transaction didnt go through, i then used another card to pay. I then went through my bank statement and app and noticed that the amount went through. I called the place that i was at to refund me they needed docs etc of which i sent and they managed to do a refund 2/3 months back and till date i am waiting for ABSA to release it to me. i have been sending emails and emails and i quoted the reference numbers used as Gontse was the person who dealt with the refund and to date i didnt get a response.
