Horrible Service.

I am currently sittin in ABSA Santyger branch, I was standing in the reception area waiting for someone to help, nothing happened, while I were waiting two people walked out because, they were also waiting and no one helped them. I started to look for help and walked to the foreign exchange counter asking where I should go, a very disgusted (because I asked a question?) employee pointed me to the one person out of 4 teller sections that is here to help. Now we wait! Everyone sitting here for FICA, same story, like the x amount of times they had to FICA. May fix your systems that you dont need to FICA 50 times a year, then 1 employee at customer service should not be an issue.
