Horrible service Absa Stockbrokers! Trying to open World Trader Account

Do NOT try to open a World Trader account with Absa Stockbrokers. I started the process 40 days ago, immediately submitted FICA documents. I have made weekly phone calls to check progress of opening. In the last week, daily phone calls. Always with the same answer: it will be active today. Everything is done online, how on earth can it take 40+ days to open an account??? I have been a Share Trading client for more than 10years, but this sucks!
