Horrible service ABSA

The service received from ABSA is disgusting, this is the worst bank EVER!!!!! besides having to go into a branch once a week because the chip of my card doesn't work I have debit orders that are being blocked for some unknown reason, funds are readily available but my debit fail!!!! LIKE seriously will ABSA stand accountable for the fees of bounced debit orders when it is clearly a fault on the bank's side. ABSA WORST SERVICE EVER, consider my account closed!!!!!!!!!!!
