Horrible service

I just spoke to a consultant who i deem as not being worthy of working in the financial institution she was rude and demeaning and didnt even bother giving me a chance to speak. I will never again refer anyone to Absa vehicle asset and finance department. the consultants think they better thn you and has no problem refusing to give their name and then dropping the call while still speaking.
