Horrible Service

I have never experienced such horrible service from a bank, I regret opening an account with ABSA. I app**** for a personal loan and 5 days later, still no feedback. And evertime I call they tell me that a payout consultant by name of Nceba will call me but that never happens. Even spoke to a supervisor by the name of Victor that escalated the queried to Nceba's supervisor and was told I would be called by the end of the day, and it didn't come as a shock that it's the end of the day and still no phone call. If there is no positive response to my complaint. I'm definitely cutting ties with this tuckshop of a bank.
