Horrible service

Hi,I am a frustrated absa client, who has ***** case that has not been attended to since 16Nov.I have provided all the docs required, however its a been a month and half and they havent responded or given any progress on the matter...They have closed my accout since then, not sure how I am expected to leave...Their service is horrible and unacceptable..Can they just give me my money back and close that account...Not happy with Mduduzi Nyawose and Nonhlahla
