HORRIBLE SERVICE

Since you have a habit of ignoring people, let me rather post this on Hellopeter also, see my email with all the details of my complaint and your horrific service. Your service is absolutely shocking, impacting someone's credit score because of something being your fault and not even the customer and now just refusing to acknowledge your mistakes so I can do the impossible and attempt to correct my credit score that you so kindly went and butchered. According to you, you cannot acknowledge that this is your fault but your consultant can say that I need to speak to ITC to fix my credit score he cant do it - amazing how you can tell me to fix it and say its possible yet its my fault - according to ONLY ABSA not technology and the proof that I am submitting to you... WOW
