Horrible service

I joined Dent and Scratch cover with ABSA the agreement was should I wish to cancel my cover I’ll get my refund with no hesitation. Okay I cancelled my cover May 2023, I’ve been moved from one agent to the other with no solution, my airtime getting wasted for nothing! Poor service I’ve had in my life, I regret the day I took this cover, for the fact that I’ve been sending emails but I’ve been ignored by the whole team
