Horrible service

I am appalled and very shocked at the kind of service this establishment offers not bearing in mind that people work for a living and don't really have time to be following them around with expensive phone calls only to get RUDE consultants on the line. Wow as early as 09:24am I believe they open at 09h00am yet the agents sounds not enthusiastic to assist a certain Nonhlanhla Dlamini just said plainly with a very fat nerve that I should redial and register on their stupid I don't know what in order for me to obtain a statement whereas they blocked my banking app due to fees only they know of I mean who has to bear with such unprofessionalism not ending there I remember how I have been bombarded with messages promising cashback's have I ever received one and that is beside the point this is just an establishment harboring rudeness and ******. It is unfortunate how in less than a month I am even looking at alternatives because Wow people only work to earn a salary without any determination.
