Horrible service

Maybe they think I want to spend my whole day here.. because having just one teller and enquiries person available while all the other staff is walking around and leaving the branch puts them in the category of shocking. And when one person tells you you can do something and then after waiting for 40min in another que.. they say it cannot be done. Absolutely pathetic. My advice choose any other bank.. I have.
