Horrible experience with ABSA Home Insurance

I have ABSA Home Insurance and now have a leaking exit trap below the shower basin. After logging a claim and waiting more than 3 weeks after the assessors came out and multiple call's to their Callcentre, I'm informed that the insurance only covers water coming into the property from the Water meter to the TAP. The water leaving the Shower Floor outlet is not covered as it already excited the TAP. Can you believe such bull****.
