Horrible experience

Horrible experience, I paid my absa vf manually to them and misssed 1 digit, in my refernce, they said they will check in their suspense account, no body bothers to call you and explain what's hapenning, when you call they put you on hold for 15 minutes to tell you that they can't find the money, even though i have provided them with proof of payment.
