Horrible experience and ********** of note
Good Day .. I was at store and saw that some money was missing on my account , I called and was told it was froma dept at Absa who haa debited without my authorization and spoke to some lady who told me that they will not reverse the cash... Thats the last money I had worse no communication just not reverse.. At this rate I wouldnt advise anyone to use ABSA after all these years im enough R2274 is a lot of money .. *** service

Account number *** the lady says its from loan journal from absa which I cant get back not sure why.. I need my money back... This is alot without any authorization or notifications.. I have had it with Absa from advsing when I was retrenched to this still .. Please I need this money back and this sorted

I pray that this get solved asap as right now have no money thanks to ABSA and not trying to get into debt while trying to recover from being retrenchment as just started working again.. If doesnt get resolved sadly I will escalated this to ombudsmen as no authorised debits should be done and worse nobody can tell me how they got to the amount taken by ABSA..
