Horrible experience

Horrible experience! This morning I went to ABSA bellville voortrekker Road to rectify something on my account but, after waiting 2 hours a lady approached me to ask what I am here for and after I told her she said we are closing you must come Monday how unprofessional is that folks is it my problem? if they closing coz I was already in the branch more than 2 hours? Thinking to close my 10 years account soon.
