Horrible customer service in ABSA Cape Gate, plain pathetic.

I'm not sure if it's bank operating process ot lack of staff members, I can't take lunch to visit the bank to authorize something that takes 2 minutes without need an off day from work, you wait 2-3 hours for a service, breathing in mind they operate between 09h00 and 16h00, there's a lot of staff members who just sit, annoyingly, I wanna save somewhere else now because they charge me a lot of money for just using their service what's worse is they sit there and watch you as a watch you I've been going to the stupid branch twice without getting anything done.
