Horrible Customer Service

I called Absa on 05 Nov 2021 in the morning and requested them to transfer my extra funds that I paid into my settled loan account back into my transactional account. They promised a 24 - 48 hour SLA. After 2 additional calls, I was first advised funds will be paid into my account today (09 Nov 21), then when I called in the afternoon (09 Nov 21) to inquire if they have done the transfer they said funds will be credited to my account tomorrow (10 Nov 21). They could not explain why they promised to credit my account today as per their SLA but could not. They promised to call me back before close of business 09 Nov 2021 and never did.
