Horrible customer service

I am disgusted by ABSA and the way the deal with clients. I filed a complaint on the basis of their fees that have put my account in over draft after I've expressed my horrible experience with their services. I advised that I am closing the account based on my experience, got calls from their departments and was told my account would be put on pause so no more fees would be added to my account.. 2months later no one has call or assisted in closing the account and more charges have been put on the account now I'm being threatened with legal action after they have failed to do simple things. I'm mortified by ABSA and their cheap threats and ****ming people to make money. I wouldn't advise anyone to use their services as they don't do their jobs, all they know is to add charges and threaten people. Poor customer service and down right disgusting.
