Horrible customer service

I have taken vehicle finance with absa so my debit order was set to go off on the 28 but the I asked upon signing if they couldn't move it to the 29th because sometimes i get paid on the 29 and the they said they go according to the statement so it happened that this month I got paid on the 29th and the call I received yesterday imp**** something else, the lady was rude and she acted as if I'm running away, even telling me that i need to update my address because its wrong, i tried to explain that muldersdrif is under krugersdorp and she kept on saying that i must go update that i stay in krugersdorp and mind you my address is still the same but she lacked understanding and assumed something else, this is terrible treatment for someone who has never missed a payment, I'm truly disappointed.
