Horrible customer experience

Horrible customer experience after being with ABSA for so many years. Their vehicle finance department is absolutely useless. After forgetting to add a reference for last months payment. I was notified by them to send a proof of payment which I've done, 3 weeks later I'm being called regarding the same issue clearly indicating that the consultant has not done their job. Today's consultant promised to send me her personal email to re send the proof of payment and that has still not happened. I can't want to finish paying my vehicle off with this Bank. Never again, you will literally ruin your own credit profile due to their incompetence
