Horrible customer care

Me and my husband went to ABSA vredenburg with enquiries about our account. We received the worst customer care. When we asked questions in return, she then told use that we need to check our account ourselves. She then proceeded to get up and walk away. We have questions about things on our account and what it is. We need to speak with someone to explain it to us.
