Horrible bank

The ABSA branch at Mamelodi Crossing Mall (Mamelodi West) Pretoria has horrible service. There is no one at reception to guide you to where you need to go, the staff are incredibly slow while assisting customers and have chats and share laughs while the queue is extremely long. The wait time to be assisted is extremely long. I got there at 12:30 and I ended up leaving at 2pm WITHOUT being assisted. Please hire more staff and reduce waiting time for customers. Staff should be professional and friendly and not be chewing gum with their mouths open while a client is sitting across from them. Worst experience ever.
