horrible bank

my mom has banking with this banking with this bank for more than 20 years,the past 7 months there is a company debited her account without her authority. she has been going to the bank reversing and trying to block this company for all this months. Now when we go to the bank that there is nothing they kind do even if this people decide to take my mom's whole salary. So my mom as client is not protected and her money is not safe.i am really disgusted with the 'oh there's nothing we can do.
