HORRIBLE AND POOR WORK ETHICS | NO COMMUNICATION INHOUSE

Currently ABSA is busy handling my case for ******* repossession of my vehicle. An agent of them ******ed R500 for bribery and did not make arrangements, he forgot to do his job. While they still handling it , they just sent a silent email wit new monthly payment. From my understanding,Agnes from ABSA is the one who deals with this, said she is no longer working on my vehicle account and she is the one who re-structures vehicle loans. So who the hell went and put figures without telling me what is happening. Godfrey Ndou , you are an official from ABSA who deals with these kind of issues when we report on Social Media , what is this now, when I ask you to give me feedback , why didn't you tell me about this? Is this how ABSA fixes problems? By adding more money on monthly payments instead of returning the vehicle? All of this was caused by your agent who did not do his job. Why change anything when it was not my fault, you continue to mess up , I think I need to sue you guys honestly, I have sent you all the proof and evidence, you do not even know where the vehicle is. If we do not resolve this, definitely tomorrow I am putting my foot down. What sort of trash is this. YOUR AGENT ******ED ME MONEY TWICE AND DID NOT EVEN PUT ANYTHING ON THE SYSTEM IN TERMS OF ARRANGEMENT
