Horrible. I spoke to Matome sebone in the late estate department, she was rude and kept raising her voice at me. i ask her to respect the Popia act and Paia act making a general enquiry regarding my late father's passing. This lady kept shouting at me even though i kept telling her i do not want to know the contents of the contractual agreement but a holistic overview of processes and procedures as well as general information regarding past transactions on the policy. specifically i mentioned to her the serverity of the deceased medical condition prior his passing and for her to atleast hear me out regarding possible transactions that might have occured in the past but she was dismissive and rude. I am questioning the credibility of upholding acts of anti ***** in the business especially when someone comes forward to make an alert to the business to administer claims properly.
