Hopeless ***** Imvestigators
I am desperately looking for help with the ***** department. They have had my dunds on hold for weeks and are now flat out ignoring my advances to communicate especially after I have provided them with all the requested documentation. This new lot of investigators are completely and utterly inefficient and have no clue what they are doing.

08 Jan 2024, 11:56I have still not received any feedback from the investigators even after I have provided them with the digital receipts. This morning, I even sent the investigator an email to ask if there is any progress however she seems to be ignoring my inquiries.
