Hopeless

I asked absa to open a savings account for which they did. I'm under debt review so cheque account is closed. I get money paid I to cheque's account every month which I ask absa to transfer to my capitec all statements ID was sent. But yet no one helps I have to fight every single month to get money paid over and I can't understand why!!!!! I asked 25th of April it's now 7th of May I want to cry. *** 08 8 need money now!
