Hopeless

Ex absa employee. Been trying for 8 months to have errors corrected on my 2020 and 2021 IRP5 with constant liaison over the period and driving them for completion. All to no avail I am still waiting! I have never in my life experienced such incompetence and poor service! I have dealt with various levels of management and am truly disgusted! I live in the hope of a rapid resolution with no further lame excuses.
