bad service actually they want people to be in more debt instead of assisting their loyal customers who are consistent on payments on homeloans.

15 Oct 2025, 12:31people dont apply for absa homeloans, instead they want people to be in more debts why would want to re-register my bond but instead offer personal loans for me where do you think i will get attorney fees.another thing i' m sure you charge more because of being black ,simi**** as loansharks no different with them you only differ because you a regulated loansharks. stop sending me useless messages of regular payment appreciation.

I hope this email message you well. I wanted to inform you that, unfortunately, you do not qualify for the R200,000.00 further advance on your home loan. This is due to the age of your home loan account and the current balance on it.
Previously, we provided you with the further advance option, and you indicated that you were not interested. Unfortunately, given these circumstances, the bank is unable to assist further with this request.
We have closed this matter on our side.
