Homeloan pending after 2 Months

Application was submitted online on the 19 September 2017 Supporting documents was then e-mailed to ********** on 20 September 2017 8 Days later on 28 September 2017 Ipeleng requested 6 months Salary Statements which was provided to her on the same day A further 10 days passed and only on the 09 October 2017 does Ipeleng provide a quote for acceptance which was accepted After that another 10 days passed (18 October 2017) and only upon request does Durlen advised me that he refuses to look into the application until we supply the full title deed (this was never requested in the past month)

We are now almost sitting 2 months in this process without the application even reaching the attorneys and not aware were the application is sitting. We all are aware that registration in the deed office can take up to 6 weeks for registration and Thus would appreciate it that mention application be send to someone who is willing to help as we will personally hold you and your staff liable should the bond not be Registered by latest 1 December 2017.
