Homeless Absa Trust account holder

Absa Trust has yet failed me . The bank failed in assisting me to find a home I made a plan to fund a home with South Jozi homes . I requested the bank to assist with deposit and yet no one is getting back to me . I need to pay the deposit by end of June and no one is bored . I want to close the trust account as it doesn't do any good for me because 5 years later I am still homeless.
