Home Loans - Useless!

I have been trying to apply for additonal mortgage funds for several months without success. I have the affordability and other requirements, but Absa remains unresponsive. You are lucky if the home loans consultant even takes your call,and even luckier if any action follows. I have gone as far as physically going to look for him to obtain some form of feedback but he cannot be found in person either.<br> Absa your home loans department (all 1 of them that I can deal with) and application processes are a joke - I cannot comprehend that a professional organization can be so blatantly inefficient. And I can add that this is AFTER completing the customer service survey and notifying them of the incompetence I encountered with my previous application. IE the Consulta surveys are questionable as there was no response in this regard either. Absa clearly has no regard for their customers or service standards, such a shame.
