Home Loans Insurance Double Premium

Absa deducted a double HOC insurance premium from me on 1 December, with the lame excuse that the debit order for my home loan was not corrected (even though I requested the change beginning November, no one thought to get back to me or phone me to update the debit order). I completed all the forms received from Katlego Makgato on the 8th and have not heard back since. I sent a follow up request only to be told I cannot withdraw less than R1000 from my flexi account, but this is not a withdrawal! How long am I going to have to go back and forth with Absa to correct this error? And how do I know if my debit order has now been corrected because no one will get back to me with actual information.
