Home loan settled, but been relisted on the credit

So I had an ABSA home loan, lost my job in 2016, the home loan was handed over and managed to sell the property and settle the entire bond, there was still a shortfall, and managed to pay this monthly, in September 2021, I manage to save up money and settle the ABSA account in full. ABSA send me confirmation that this account is settled in full and will update the credit bureau. this was done in 2021 October. Keeping an eye on my credit profile, I note that ABSA bond relisted me on 2022 December, trying to phone them and send emails on why this has been relisted, I have all supporting documents stating that this has been settled in full, but no feedback, no phone calls, can someone in ABSA please resolve this ASAP. stop acting like ESKOM, please.
