Home Loan Mission Impossible

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Roughly 2 weeks ago I did an affordability study and app**** online for an ABSA home loan.</p> <p>A week later still nothing from ABSA....so last Thursday I phoned.</p> <p>After 20min being sent to talk to different people in diffferent departments I was told that they had no application from me. I then spoke to a consultant called Ruhida Khan. She gave me her email address and told me to send all the required documents and that another consulant would contact to do the application over the phone rather. I sent all the documents and waited....</p> <p>As I heard nothing from ABSA once again I phoned yesterday morning.</p> <p>I spoke to a consultant, was given this reference number, ********** 7260, and told that she would immediately email me the required documents to be filled out and that I must email them back with our IDs and salary slips etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>Once again, NOTHING !!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this how ABSA treats their clients ?</p> <p> </p> <p>How am I supposed to buy a house if by the time ABSA gets their act together the house is sold ?</p> <p> </p> <p>Seriously.....Maybe I should rather try a different bank ?</p>
